Course Description
About 90% of people will have a headache at some point in their life. Stress, poor sleep-hygiene, dehydration, and maladaptive body mechanics may all contribute to an increase in frequency or severity of symptoms.
In this 1-hour Path to Wellness Workshop, learn how to identify the difference between a tension and other types of headaches, effective self-care techniques to reduce muscle pain and tension, how to incorporate essential oils support headache relief, and what changes you can make to establish ongoing prevention strategies.
Course Outline
- Tension headache
- Name the muscles commonly associated with tension headaches
- Aromatherapy
- Identify two essential oils helpful in addressing symptoms associated with tension headaches.
