Course Description

Some cultures believe that you can affect the entire body just by massaging the reflex points on the hands and feet. In this self-care workshop, we will learn about the importance of foot and hand health, from caring for dry skin in the winter months to promoting good foot hygiene during the heat of the summer. Learn about common foot pathologies, a self-care stretching and massage routine for the hands and feet and a recipe for your own peppermint foot soak.
