Course Description

IT success stories start with CompTIA A+ certification. It validates understanding of the most common hardware and software technologies in business and certifies the skills necessary to support complex IT infrastructures. CompTIA A+ is a powerful credential that helps IT professionals worldwide ignite their IT career. 

This program will prepare students to enter the field and to pursue certification including the CompTIA A+ certification exam. Please note: examination fee for the certification is not included, and students are responsible for scheduling their own certification exam. CompTIA A+ certification is often associated with baseline or entry-level support positions such as service desk analyst, technical support specialist, field service technician, associate network engineer, data support technician, desktop support administrator, end-user computing technician, help desk technician, or system support specialist.
