Course Description

This course introduces students to drone technology, Blockly visual programming, and Python text-based programming principles through the CoDrone EDU platform. Students learning through hands-on flight activities acquire and develop skills in coordinate geometry, sequential programming, sensor integration, data analysis, conditional logic, and autonomous flight control. They will use programmable drones, mathematical modeling, sensor data collection, algorithmic thinking, and geometric reasoning to design, program, and execute autonomous flight patterns and solutions culminating in a comprehensive Drone Flight Challenge competition.
